Please Click on our Prescription Tab above and this will bring you directly to our online Script Renewal request Form 

  • Patients are reminded that a Prescription Request can take up to 72 hours to process

  • It is not possible under the current demands to guarantee the issue of a script in less time. 

  • Please order your repeat Prescription at least 3/4 days before you are due to end the pack.

  • On the day requests can not be processed.

  • Requests received over a weekend will not be actioned over a weekend and thus will start the 72hr process from 8.30 on a Monday morning.

Repeat Prescription Forms

From the 18th May 2020, we have a new facility for all our patients to order their Repeat Prescriptions online on our dedicated online form. Please see the "Prescriptions" Tab.

Why is there a Repeat Prescription Charge?

When any Patient Requests a Repeat Prescription, the following file checks are done by your doctor.

1. Have there been any medication adjustments from hospital appointments.
2. Are correct dosages being prescribed.
3. Are blood tests (required to monitor medications) up to date or is blood pressure due to be checked.
4. Are there any possible drug interactions.

Any amendments or instructions are then notified to you or a reminder note made on your file.

These checks are important for your well being and can take substantial time for a doctor to complete.

What is our Repeat Prescription charge for non GMS/DVC Patients?
15.00 Euro 

When is the payment due & How do I pay?
Upon Request - Please phone Reception who will take your payment over the phone.

When Can I get my Prescription?

Once all of these checks have been completed - your Prescription will be sent to your chosen Pharmacy. (this can take up to 2 working days)
